Some rules 

1) You must be a fan of nebulae. Otherwise, what is the point of joining? :)

2) You must provide a valid email.

3) While you are not required to have a site, I would appreciate it if you submit your URL (if you have one). All submitted sites must link back (image link or text link) to the fanlisting. Please make sure I can find it!

4) Please, don't submit sites in the line of MySpace pages or MSN/Yahoo groups. Sites containing adult content or promoting objectionable content like racism and pornography will not be listed. Only your email will be listed if that's the case.

5) Please don't use special characters or numbers for your nickname in the fanlisting, or I will edit it accordingly.

6) NO DIRECT LINKING TO THE CODES! It eats bandwidth like hell, and direct-linkers will have their sites taken out of the listing.
